text_line_height=&#8221;1.5em&#8221; header_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; module_alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;]Exemple d&#8217;aix\u00f2 \u00e9s la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta nova unitat fabril en Campo de Besteiros (Tondela, nord de Portugal), amb l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de conceptes, processos i t\u00e8cniques capdavanteres per a instal\u00b7lacions farmac\u00e8utiques.<br \/>\nAquestes noves instal\u00b7lacions alberguen, en els 15.000 m2 de superf\u00edcie constru\u00efda, una unitat de producci\u00f3 de solucions est\u00e8rils, aix\u00ed com els serveis centrals de l&#8217;empresa, en els quals destaca el laboratori d&#8217;I+D.<br \/>\nEn la nova planta es van instal\u00b7lar 3 l\u00ednies de producci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua amb la tecnologia \u201cBlow, fill and seal\u201d, que permet que simult\u00e0niament en un ambient est\u00e8ril, es realitzi la producci\u00f3, l&#8217;ompliment i el segellament de flascons.<br \/>\nD&#8217;aquestes l\u00ednies, dues s\u00f3n per a Producci\u00f3 d&#8217;injectables de gran volum en poli-propil\u00e8, en flascons de 100 a 1000 ml, i l&#8217;altra per a petits volums en Polietil\u00e8, en ampolles i flascons compta-gotes de 5 a 20 ml.<br \/>\nTamb\u00e9 es van instal\u00b7lar l\u00ednies de producci\u00f3 d&#8217;injectables en ampolles i flascons de vidre, d&#8217;1 a 50ml; aix\u00ed com l\u00ednies de producci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids, pastosos i s\u00f2lids, on destaca la tecnologia d&#8217;envasament unidosis.<br \/>\nEn el projecte s&#8217;han concebut les instal\u00b7lacions per a facilitar la duplicaci\u00f3 de la capacitat de producci\u00f3 instal\u00b7lada.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;3.25&#8243;
